Broken Things
check out shane’s guitars. he cut his fingers onstage the other night and every time he plays he reopens the wound. now his instruments look like an episode of csi. sweatshop, his tech, had to buy a box of latex gloves to clean them every night. yikes!
also, just like the coffee table the other day, a bass of mine broke at the end of the show last night.

Man I hate it when that happens. You get all excited and into a song, and then at the end of the gig you look down and your freakin finger is bleeding everywhere. In my old band, all of us busted at least a finger. The drummer had blood flying everywhere, it was like some kind of biohazardous hurricane.

Well I knew Shane could play but DAMMMNNN! Yea, I was there that night at the concert. You all did awesome and I’m glad Shane still kept on even though it must have been some bad shit to play while bleeding. But hell, that just goes to show how much the fans matter. Oh, and thanks for playing “What’s My Age Again” at the concert, Mark. I always wanted to see Blink in concert and never had a chance. It was amazing to hear you guys play that for us. I really appreciate it. I hope to see all you guys again sometime. Enjoy the tour and keep spreading smiles across the fans faces.
