Bio:
Andrew Raschke formed the group Sixteen Chapters in January of 2008, hoping to begin a long time dream of being in a band. The group started as a 4 piece band of talented musicians, yet schedule conflicts and creative differences ended the band entirely.
Instead of accepting the bitter defeat, Andrew continued in the form of a solo project. Over a year had passed and Andrew hadn't recorded one song. It was a large burden being only one person making the music of an entire group. It was then in April 2009 that Andrew contacted long time friend and drummer Nick Swanson. Andrew and Nick were both in a garage band in the summer of 2003 called Daredevils Don't Die. The group practiced in the suburbs of Highlands Ranch, Colorado in Nick's parents' house. They made one song and recorded nothing.
With a new found hope and a love for music, the two hope to bring back the classic sound of mid through late 90's and early 2000's sound of bands like blink-182 and New Found Glory. They also hope to take the ever growing Denver music scene by storm. As of April 28th, 2009, the group is actively seeking a guitarist and a vocalist, possibly a female. The two hope to find the last two missing pieces of the puzzle and start what they hope will be an amazing journey.
