amazing concert ever!! WAAAY better than anything i've ever been to, especially vans warped tour. i rlly didnt care much about any band on the hot topic stage but behemoth rlly impressed me, for a satanic-zombie-looking band; they have just some awesome musicianship. jagermeister stage, as usual, was amazing!! god forbid rlly started the MAYHEM imo, and atr ripped it man; got my butt kicked in the pits and crowd surfing. of course, the almighty TRIVIUM nvr EVER ceases to disappoint me and hurt my hip pretty bad during "down from the sky" while crowd surfing but it was awesome!! then came the main stage, tbh i think it shouldda just been bullet and kse headlining but whatever, bullet's awesome and their amazing live, as much as i luv them, i'm just gonna have to give it to kse kuz they're just phenomenal live and they did even better this time then the last time i saw them and that's a pretty difficult task, to which they accomplished nonetheless. bullet = amazing musicianship and they like to change things up a bit and it's awesome that they played a new song which rocked!! but kse has all of that and more, stage pressence, charisma, etc. all of those things that they both had i just cannot say about the actual headliners of mayhem this year sadly. slayer = ol' skool thrash metal and i know i'm supposed to respect it and luv it kuz i am a metalhead but i guess i'm just not THAT into thrash beside metallica and i was quite annoyed by them. and marilyn manson i'll give it to him too kuz he's got stage pressence, he can persuade the crowd to do anything, amazing performances, i just wish his music was a lil bit better kuz, even tho a manson fan myself, he can b too poppy, mediocre and he's just to much of a gemick. but of all hands down the concert of the yr every yr kuz last yr was mayhem's 1st and amazing but they rlly out-did themselves this yr too soo hope they continue the trend and next yr rock and rage even more... MAYHEM!! \m/
